  • What is the estimated delivery time?

    Your order will be completed and shipped within approximately 4-6 weeks from the time your order is placed. 

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • How is the artwork packaged to ensure safe delivery?

    All of our frames are packaged with corner guards, 1/2" heavy duty bubble wrap and double wall boxes with full-overlap flaps for extra strength and edge protection.

  • What is your return policy?

    We do not offer returns or exchanges.

  • What should I do if my framed poster arrives damaged?

    Please reach out to info@jewelboxplatinum.com with photos of the damaged item/packaging and we will be able to assist you.
